TPHT4040
The TPHT4040 is a high-performance 3D ToF sensor featuring proprietary hybrid ToFTM technology and a back-illuminated CMOS process for enhanced NIR sensitivity. It delivers accurate, motion-artifact-free depth data even in 100,000 lx sunlight. Supporting high-speed imaging (up to 120 fps), HDR, and 4x4 binning for improved SNR, the sensor ensures reliable performance across diverse lighting conditions and ranges via a MIPI CSI-2 interface.
